Glazebrook Wines is committed to protecting your privacy. We have systems in place to provide you with services and information tailored to your individual needs while complying with our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 (Privacy Act).

  • Any relevant third party that offers goods or services that we think may be of interest to you (for example, wine promotions);

  • A third party outside of Glazebrook Wines who is contracted to us to provide a particular service to us;

4. Cookies

A cookie is a short piece of data that is sent from a web server to a web browser on the user’s machine when the browser visits the server’s site. The cookie is stored on the user’s machine, but it is not an executable program and cannot do anything to your machine. Whenever a web browser requests a file from the same web server that sent the cookie, the browser sends a copy of that cookie back to the server along with the request. 5. Clickstream Data

Clickstreams are paths a user takes when navigating a web page or the internet in general. When you visit our website, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes – the user’s assigned IP address, the user’s top level domain name (for example, .gov,, .uk etc), the data and time and duration of visit to the site, and the type of browser and operating system used.

When you register to receive marketing communications from us, your name and contact details will be added to our database and you consent to receiving messages from us by email, text message or physical mail.

All commercial electronic messages from us contains an unsubscribe function if you no longer want to receive commercial electronic messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the email you have received from us.

7. Security of Personal Information

Security of personal information is very important to us and we will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure, However, you acknowledge that security of the transmission of data over the internet can never be guaranteed. It is your sole responsibility to protect access to any emails you receive from us that provide access to your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glazebrook Wines will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss if any third party gains unauthorised access to your information.
